Like the prepaid plan of Rs 129, the Airtel Prepaid Recharge Plan of Rs 199 also has a validity of 24 days. However, 1 GB of high-speed data is available in this plan for everyday use. Users can send every 100 SMS for free. The recharge plan also has an unlimited voice call facility.
Airtel Prepaid Recharge Plan of Rs 129 and Rs 199 gives users free access to Airtel Xstream and Wynk Music.
There is no free SMS or calling benefit in this. Not only this, apart from the double data offer, but the telecom operator is also giving extra talk time to its users on recharge plans of Rs 500, Rs 1,000 and Rs 5,000.
The benefits of data have been doubled in the Airtel Rs 98 recharge pack. Now let us tell you that this plan competes with Jio’s Rs 101 data voucher, as 12 GB 4G data is also available in Jio’s Rs 101 prepaid recharge pack.
However, it also gets 1,000 calling minutes for calling from Jio on other networks. Apart from this, this plan of Jio does not have its own validity, it runs till the end of the existing plan.
In comparison, Airtel‘s Rs 98 prepaid pack comes with a validity of 28 days. Airtel has not made any changes in its 48 rupees plan. Airtel Rs 48 prepaid plan still offers a validity of 28 days and a total of 3GB of high-speed data.
Talking about the competitors, Jio has also recently introduced a Rs 151 “Work from Home” pack, which gives users 30 GB 4G data with a validity of 30 days. At the same time, Vodafone’s Rs 98 plan gives 6 GB data and validity of 28 days. Currently, Vodafone’s plan appears weak in all three. As such, it remains to be seen whether Vodafone will upgrade its offering.
Airtel is now giving additional talk time on its Rs 500, Rs 1,000 and Rs 5,000 recharge plans. The company used to give talk time of Rs 423.73 on the recharge of Rs 500, which has now been reduced to Rs 480.
