Jio is once again providing data for free to its customers in India. In this new move, the company is providing daily 2GB high-speed additional data to its customers, with a validity of 5 days.
Jio’s move is believed to provide a little relief to customers during the lockdown applied across the country due to the coronavirus epidemic. Let’s tell you, this is not the first time that Jio is giving data to its customers for free, even in April, the company had rolled out such offers.
The daily 2 GB data was given free in this offer, but at that time its validity was 4 days. In addition, Jio recently updated the add-on plan of “Work from Home”, which has been given validity of 30 days.
Earlier the validity of this plan depended on your existing prepaid plan. Some users have posted on the OnlyTech forum that their Jio account has a daily 2 GB data credit, which is also absolutely free.
Two users have reported getting 2 GB high-speed data on the forum post, with a commodity of 5 days. That is, under this offer of Jio, the customer will be given 10 GB additional data free for up to 5 days.
However, there is no pattern of free data credit under this offer, which is being given to any users randomly.
What is noteworthy is that it provides daily 2 GB of additional data in addition to your existing data
quota. That means you’ll get an additional 2 GB data daily data with your existing prepaid data plan. As we explained, this plan is not for all users, only for select people. To view this plan in your Jio account, go to the My Plans section of the MyJio app.
Where you will have this additional data available inside Jio Data Pack. However, keep in mind that this plan is not for all users only select people will get the benefit.
As we mentioned earlier, this is not the first time that Jio has provided such daily 2GB high-speed data free of cost to its customers, apart from April, the telecom company had also provided some similar benefits under Jio Celebrations Pack in the year 2018.
