What in Bollywood: Nepotism or Groupism

At this time, The controversy of nepotism is in the news right now.

Let’s start with What is Nepotism,

What Is Nepotism:

In simple words, The simple meaning of Nepotism is to benefit one another by their strength and affinity.

After Actor Sushant‘s death, the topic nepotism in Bollywood is in Controversy.

Before You read the article, Answer one simple Question,

suppose, You are the owner of one big company. In your company around 35-40 years old intelligent man Suresh, work for you and having a good position and salary.

He increases your company’s reputation and he is good for your company, another side you have a son Mukesh, who recently finished his college in foreign and you advise him to learn tips from Suresh.

After some days you are know that you have some disease and die in some time so, Who will you give responsibility for your company? Suresh who is beneficial for your company or Your son Mukesh who have not such knowledge like Suresh

Mostly you give your company to your son not to your employee. Am I right

If you named your company to your son, If you do this then it will be called nepotism in other’s perspective.

And If you don’t do this then it will be unfair for your son.

If some one give chance their son or relative ones then it should not called Nepotism. It is the right of his son or relative.

Now days all of talking about Nepotism and being boycott Nepotism

Dhirubhai Ambani’s father was nothing.  Amitabh Bachchan did not enter the film industry due to nepotism.  Abhishek got an entry in the film industry with the name of Amitabh, but could not make a name for his father and a superstar. 

In the name of Raj Kapoor, every one of his sons entered the film industry, but no one survived except Rishi Kapoor. 

Being the daughter of Mahesh Bhatt, Pooja Bhatt got an entry, but she could not be as popular as Alia. 

Dhirubhai Ambani divided the property between Anil Ambani and Mukesh Ambani, but Dhirubhai’s name could not save Anil Ambani from the business crisis.

 That you have to have the talent to survive in the whole world.  You have to have insight.

 Amarnath’s son can play cricket in his father’s name, but Malcolm Marshall’s bouncer has to play that.  Father’s reputation, father’s name does not come into play in your place.

We have had nepotism there for centuries.

The king’s throne was reserved for his son, not for the most intelligent man in town.  The mother-in-law gives her bracelet to her bride, not to the neighbor next door.  We all have a habit of climbing into a moving car.

Someone uttered the word nepotism so we all jumped into the well without understanding.  In fact, what is happening is not Nepotism. 

It is a groupism in the film industry. Of factionalism.  It is a matter of not allowing anyone to enter the circle except those who have decided to form groups of four or five and groupism only works in the film industry, it is not like that. It all works.

It is also factionalism that three or four people get together in one company and do not allow them to succeed. The gangs are all active.

 Nepotism does not happen if a father gives the right to swim in the swimming pool only to his children. 

At the release of the film “Sarkar”, Amitabh Bachchan said about nepotism, “If my son comes and tells me that I want to come into the film industry, I will not give it up.”

Those who are preparing to fight against factionalism must first be prepared to fall alone.

 Your group formed in college was also a kind of factionalism, it must also be remembered.

 Amitabh Bachchan or Dhirubhai Ambani needs luck to be born there, but the talent is needed to become a superstar or to run a business.

 Work there even if you want any kind of nepotism Does not come.
